Cleaning, sanitation, and inventory control * Cuts, debones, and prepares various types of meat; * Serves customers and answers questions regarding department items; * Ensures adequate stock levels in the meat department; * Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the department, including the work environment and equipment used; * Assists in monitoring and controlling inventory, supplies, and department items; * Ensures proper condition and appropriate use of department equipment; * Assists in preparing, displaying, and pricing cuts and products.
