Organize and store meats in cold rooms or refrigerated display cases, ensuring proper preservation and effective management of product expiration dates. Perform deboning, prepare seasonings, assemble specialty cuts, and package meats for sale. Assist in managing meat inventory, requesting restocking as needed. Clean and maintain tools and equipment, such as knives, electric saws, and scales. **Requirements:** Completed High School education Proven experience working as a butcher. Practical knowledge of meat cutting (beef, pork, poultry, and others).
