Career development plan with growth potential to become a leader. We are looking for a **Financial Analyst** with strong accounting orientation to join our BPO and Financial Consulting team. This position is critical to our operations: we seek a professional with deep analytical vision, capable of going beyond data processing to perform audits, analyze income statements (DRE), and ensure fiscal integrity of information. **If you are a senior-level professional with an owner mindset and aim to automate processes to generate business intelligence, this role is for you.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:** * Prepare and analyze managerial income statements (DRE) for performance reporting. * Conduct tax audit and critical analysis of financial entries. * Perform tax-to-system reconciliation to ensure data compliance. * Lead monthly closing and alignment meetings directly with clients. * Prepare customized financial reports as required. * Supervise and execute routine tasks including invoice issuance, collections, and delinquency management. * Perform bank reconciliations and schedule complex payments. Requirements: **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. * Solid experience in financial, accounting, and tax routines. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory expertise in formulas and pivot tables for automation). * Analytical, solution-oriented profile with high organizational capability. * Preferred: Prior experience in BPO companies or accounting firms. * Behavioral Profile: Agility, solution focus, and "eternal learner" mindset (open to new technologies and AI).
