Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for processing payroll, managing ancillary obligations, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing HR and personnel administration support.
Key Highlights:

**Responsibilities**
* Process payroll, vacation, 13th salary, and termination;
* Process domestic employee payroll for directors in accordance with current legislation;
* Ensure submission of ancillary obligations (FGTS, eSocial, and DCTFWeb);
* Analyze and record service invoices (legal entities);
* Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification;
* Manage health plan enrollments and cancellations;
* Support employees and managers by clarifying labor-related and benefits-related questions;
* Control and organize physical and digital departmental files;
* Prepare management reports and contracts;
* Monitor updates to labor legislation;
* Support other departments with personnel administration-related information.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
* Desired: courses in Labor Legislation or eSocial;
* Experience in accounting firms is a plus;
* Proficiency in Personnel Department routines (hiring, termination, time tracking, payroll, vacation, 13th salary, and labor charges);
* Knowledge of eSocial, FGTS, and INSS;
* Experience in benefits administration;
* Familiarity with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and labor legislation;
* Experience with payroll systems, preferably Fortes AC and Fortes Ponto;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:**
Work location: Parque Potira \- Caucaia (CE).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Employment type: Permanent CLT contract
Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month
