Job Summary:
A professional responsible for conducting and monitoring company legalization and regularization processes, providing advisory support and ensuring legal compliance.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct processes related to company incorporation, amendment, transformation, merger, spin-off, split-up, relocation, dissolution, and regularization.
* Draft articles of incorporation, contractual amendments, minutes, termination agreements, applications, and other corporate documents.
* Submit filings and monitor procedures with the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), Municipalities (Prefeituras), State Tax Departments (Secretarias da Fazenda), Notary Offices (Cartórios), and other competent authorities.
* Request and monitor licenses, permits, registrations, and other authorizations required for company operations.
* Maintain updated company registrations and records, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
* Issue and manage certificates and documents attesting to corporate and tax regularity.
* Provide advisory support to clients, guiding them on legalization procedures, required documentation, and legal requirements.
* Monitor process progress, respond to public agencies’ requests, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Track deadlines and ensure fulfillment of legal obligations related to corporate routines.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to standardization and operational efficiency.
* Provide technical support to the team in managing processes and resolving more complex requests.
* Stay up-to-date on legislation and regulations applicable to company legalization.
**Desired Technical Competencies**
* Experience with company legalization and regularization processes.
* Knowledge of corporate legislation and key public agencies (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, State Tax Departments).
* Proficiency in systems **REDESIM, Coleta Web, e-CAC, Gov.br**, and related platforms.
* Experience issuing certificates, licenses, permits, and registrations.
* Knowledge of accounting management systems, preferably **Fortes** or **Domínio**.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel and Word.
* Organized, analytical profile with strong commitment to deadlines and continuous legislative updates.
