One of the company’s main objectives is not only to make sales but also to build lasting relationships with customers to retain them in the store! Responsibilities: Provide personalized customer service while identifying their visual needs. Present and guide customers on frames, lenses, and treatments, assisting them in making the best choice. Conduct optical product sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales service. Organize the store, display windows, and product displays. Meet individual and collective targets set by the company. Support daily store operations. Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Commercial Representative, Sales Promoter, or Sales Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role and should be highlighted to improve candidate positioning. High school diploma and relevant experience are required to assume this position.
