Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and executing corrective and preventive maintenance, monitoring service providers, and managing reports and procurement of products for the department. Quotation and procurement management for the department * Plan and execute corrective and preventive maintenance services for machines, equipment, and facilities. * Monitor maintenance service providers * Prepare reports according to routine requirements * Conduct quotations and procure products required by the department * Technical course in Administration, Building Construction, or Facility Management * Proficiency in quotation processes, preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, building maintenance, refrigeration) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
