Monitor quality and performance metrics, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Support supervisors in analyzing customer service reports and developing the team. Identify training opportunities and guide team members on best practices for CRM usage. Ensure standardization of routines and alignment with internal policies. Prepare performance reports and report to coordination.
