Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Your main activities include: * Preparing dishes according to technical specifications; * Handling and seasoning food; * Checking the freshness and condition of ingredients used; * Performing "mise en place"; * Other routine kitchen tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a cook; * Gastronomy-related courses (a plus); * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Additional Information** The Coco Bambu currently operates 98 units across Brazil.
