The ideal candidate must have prior experience in pastry arts, creativity, and a strong commitment to product quality and presentation. Responsibilities: \- Prepare and decorate decorated cakes (we specialize in celebration cakes made with buttercream), pies, desserts, and other sweets according to company recipes and standards. \- Ensure all products adhere to standardized portion weights and presentation guidelines previously trained, and are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. \- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. \- Collaborate with the team to fulfill special orders and customer requests. \- Strong interpersonal skills, agility, teamwork, leadership, and communication ability. Requirements: \- Prior experience as a pastry chef. \- Knowledge of pastry techniques and cake decoration using whipped cream frosting. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \- Creativity and attention to detail. \- Good communication and teamwork skills.
