Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations We seek a committed, agile, and organized professional to work in bread and bakery product production, ensuring quality, standardization, and compliance with good manufacturing practices. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, shape, and bake breads (French bread, thin dough, hamburger buns, etc.); * Produce doughs, fillings, and other bakery items; * Monitor fermentation time, oven temperature, and product quality; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations; * Manage raw material inventory and report replenishment needs; * Assist in daily production planning according to demand. Requirements: * Proven experience as a baker; * Knowledge of natural fermentation and baking processes (preferred); * Agility, responsibility, and attention to detail; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.900,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
