MRH Gestão is a company specialized in management and consulting solutions, offering services for process optimization and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Management and supervision of the sales team and promoters. Monitoring the distribution operations of ice pops and ice cream along defined routes. Customer prospecting and retention. Route and schedule compliance and monitoring. Report preparation, performance tracking, and market analysis. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Commercial Team Leader, or Customer Service Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience necessary. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2.500,00 * Cost-of-living allowance * Commissions * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Permanent \- On-site. * Schedule: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
