Use of persuasion and negotiation techniques Ensure maximum portfolio compliance by serving as RSF NEGÓCIOS' primary **Asset Recovery Specialist**, and drive revenue through sales of new funeral plans and burial plots. Conduct **Home-Based Collections**, focusing on overdue clients (Day 1 to Day 5\), ensuring 80% of cash flow is collected within the first week**.\* Ensure revenue exists to cover costs and generate profit. Apply persuasion (Cialdini) and negotiation techniques to reverse non-payment, emphasizing the **urgency\* of losing funeral plan benefits. Convert liabilities (debts) into assets (cash). **Delinquency Management.** Monitor delinquency reports (Aging) and prioritize routes and high-value clients (Gold Plans and Burial Plots) to maximize return per kilometer traveled. **Portfolio Management:** Focus energy on what delivers the highest return (Pareto Principle).
