This role will be an essential factor in ensuring the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and achieving its objectives, as well as supporting the company’s long-term growth. **Emma Group Responsibilities:** * Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of departmental activities * Collaborate with marketing executives in organizing various projects * Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/surveys * Apply marketing analysis techniques to collect critical data (social media, web analytics, ratings, etc.) * Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information * Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, and participate in them to ensure their success * Prepare and deliver promotional presentations * Write and publish online content on the company website and social media accounts * Draft marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to enhance the company’s market presence * Communicate directly with customers and foster trust-based relationships
