Description: * Prior experience in building maintenance or a similar role; * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting; * Technical course in a related field (e.g., Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or similar) is desirable; * Organization, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit; * Owner's mindset and commitment to properly maintaining Acal's spaces. * Perform building conservation and maintenance services, including electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and minor repairs; * Conduct preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems, gutters, and other equipment; * Carry out periodic inspections of electrical and building installations, identifying repair needs; * Repair equipment and structures as required; * Organize and maintain the work area clean and safe, ensuring proper care of materials and tools; * Support operational demands within the department, guaranteeing optimal operation of stores and the distribution center. 25121602022046895
