Quality control of facilities and common areas ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ensure the quality of the corporate environment and proper functioning of infrastructure; Respond agilely to maintenance and conservation issues; Handle infrastructure-related requests from headquarters and departments; Monitor preventive and corrective building maintenance; Oversee hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, surveillance, and security repairs and fixes; Process requests for procurement of movable assets; Maintain facility quality; Periodically manage air-conditioning cleaning, water tank cleaning, and pest control; Monitor drinking fountain cleaning; Manage conservation of common and internal areas (plaza, courtyard, parking lot, meeting rooms, and offices); Support movable asset inventory (under supervision). ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education Knowledge of building maintenance (hydraulic, electrical, electronic security).
