Support in organizing the preventive maintenance plan Job Posting: Air Conditioning Technician ** We are seeking an Air Conditioning Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the air conditioning systems across our dental units. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment, guaranteeing climate-controlled, comfortable, and appropriate environments for patient care and clinical teams, in accordance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards required in the healthcare sector. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning units (split, cassette, floor-ceiling, and others); * Carry out cleaning, sanitization, and filter replacement according to schedule; * Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults; * Perform refrigerant gas recharge when necessary; * Install new air conditioning equipment in units; * Monitor system operation to prevent unexpected shutdowns; * Complete maintenance reports and service records; * Support the organization of clinics’ preventive maintenance plans; * Ensure equipment complies with sanitary and technical standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician; * Knowledge of split and similar system maintenance; * Basic electrical knowledge; * Familiarity with good practices for sanitizing air conditioning equipment; * Willingness to travel between units; * Organized, responsible, and proactive. Preferred Qualifications: * Technical course in refrigeration and air conditioning; * Experience in healthcare environments; * Knowledge of PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control Program).
