The **Administrative Assistant Apprentice** is responsible for supporting the company's administrative activities, providing assistance to various departments, and learning about administrative processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills and gain practical experience in a corporate environment. * Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors, and forwarding correspondence. * Organize, file, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital documents and records. * Monitor and organize office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Prepare meeting rooms, including arranging equipment and required materials. * Enter data into management systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. * Assist in preparing simple administrative reports and compiling data. * Support daily office activities, such as photocopying, scanning, and sending e\-mails. * Collaborate with the administrative team on various tasks, contributing to process efficiency. * Participate in training and development activities offered by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.
