Support in enrollment processes and issuance of official documents **Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree** **Main Activities / Responsibilities of the Position:** * Provide on-site, telephone, and email support and information to students, teachers, and parents; * Organize, archive (physical and digital), and keep student academic documents and records up to date (transcripts, certificates, diplomas, syllabi); * Assist in enrollment, course suspension, transfer, graduation ceremonies, and issuance of official documents; * Enter and correct student registration data in academic management systems; * Keep the educational community informed about official institutional acts and procedures; * Enter data into systems (enrollments, requests, courses, etc.); * Maintain the digital bulletin board and other bulletin boards updated according to the current academic semester; * Support the Secretary in other activities. **Expected Behavior / Attitude for Job Performance:** \- Ethical; \- Committed; \- Organized; \- Strong written and oral communication skills; \- Interpersonal relationship skills.
