Continuous communication with drivers and teams We are seeking a professional to join our team as a **Monitoring Operator**, responsible for real-time monitoring and control of the vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to established deadlines for road transportation. The professional will work at the monitoring center, using tracking and communication systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * **Monitoring and Tracking:** Monitor the location and status of the entire fleet via tracking systems (GPS/telematics). * **Risk and Emergency Management:** Handle emergency situations such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, route deviations, cargo or vehicle thefts, activating contingency plans and relevant authorities (police, insurance companies, etc.). * **Communication:** Maintain consistent and clear communication with drivers, logistics, maintenance, and security teams to report incidents and provide guidance. * **Incident Documentation:** Record all incidents, non-conformities, system failures, and actions taken in reports and dedicated software. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Computer Literacy** * **Skills:** Logical reasoning, focused attention, proactivity, and excellent verbal and written communication. * **Education:** Completed High School * **Availability:** Full availability to work on rotating **12x36 shifts**, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information** * Competitive market salary * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance **Join the Viação Novo Horizonte team and embark on a journey full of opportunities!** Here, we value every talent and believe that together we can transform road transportation.
