Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking a RECEPTIONIST to welcome patients, register them in the system, and organize medical records, while maintaining communication with the multidisciplinary team. Constant communication with the multidisciplinary team S3 Gestão em Saúde is looking for new talents to work as a **RECEPTIONIST**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform initial reception of patients and companions with empathy and attention, respecting the principles of humanized care; * Register patients in the system, verifying and accurately recording personal data and initial clinical information; * Guide patients regarding internal unit workflows, referrals, waiting times, and other questions related to care; * Organize and keep patient medical records and documents up to date; * Answer telephone calls, provide basic information, and direct requests to the appropriate departments; * Maintain constant communication with the multidisciplinary team, conveying necessary information to ensure smooth care delivery; * Record patient consultations and movements in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Six months of experience in the field. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay) Workload: 220 hours per month * S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution with a social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in various states and municipalities across the federation.
