Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Assignments** **DATA:** GS: 15 Location: Mucuri / BA Applications until: 03/29/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Plan maintenance services defined in the initial scope of supply, verifying all related tasks on-site, identifying required resources and materials, safety precautions, labor, and additional resources; * Detail tasks, define execution time per specialty, develop a detailed activity schedule aligned with the master schedule, and prepare a histogram; * Conduct planning meetings for scheduled shutdowns; * Enter into SAP PM module information regarding services under your responsibility, such as hours worked (H/H), execution date, materials used, history entries, and observations; * Participate in third-party service contracting, specifying required materials and defining necessary scope; * Monitor execution of contracted services, evaluating their completion timelines; * Plan departmental shutdowns and the Paper Machine’s General Shutdown; * Review and forward invoices for services performed; * Prepare and issue final reports on general shutdowns, comparing actual activity performance and costs against budgeted figures; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures to meet ISO 9000 and OHSAS 18001 standards; * Consult and register data in the computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to ensure data reliability; * Conduct technical studies and share equipment/component technical information and procedures with the team; analyze logistics, access, safety, and tooling conditions for each task and suggest new devices to facilitate and enhance safety during maintenance interventions; * Participate in improvement, modernization, and maintenance projects; * Evaluate and issue technical reports on completed services; * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care; * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines; * Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse work in situations involving serious risk, fostering proposal of control solutions; * Ensure effective incident communication and implementation of necessary corrective actions; * Manage departmental costs with weekly monitoring and reporting. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering; Administration; or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial maintenance planning, preferably in paper machines and converting lines; * Proficiency in SAP PM (Maintenance module); * Knowledge of maintenance cost management and control; * Experience in converting processes and paper machine operations is desirable; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders; * Organizational ability, prioritization skills, and systemic vision. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare benefits: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal voucher (VR) or cafeteria access; Grocery allowance (VA); and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income is important — and beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For future financial security, we provide private pension plans; We practice remote work for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer E-learning courses and training via our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it is also good for the world!
