Digital Marketing \& Growth Internship **Do you want to learn in 6 months what college takes 4 years—and still fails—to teach?** We’re looking for an intern with a strong desire to learn, to work at the "engine" of our marketing operations. We’re not looking for someone to serve coffee. We’re looking for a future expert in performance and technology. You’ll work **side by side with the founder**, receiving direct mentorship, learning to master the online sales ecosystem (Paid Traffic, Data, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence). **Location:** Hybrid (based in São José/Florianópolis\-Continente). *Fully onsite start for immersion, transitioning to Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after gaining experience.* Your Challenge (Your Missions): You’ll gain access to a modern *stack* of tools and be responsible for making the magic happen: * **Master Traffic:** Create and optimize live campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. * **Build the Machine:** Configure intelligent automations using **Make (Integromat)** and implement data tracking (Pixel/GTM). * **Innovate with AI:** Build Landing Pages using AI (Lovable/Wordpress) and train conversational AI agents. * **Agile Creativity:** Design visuals in Canva, edit quick videos (Reels/Shorts), and craft persuasive copy. Who You Should Be: * **Student:** Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (undergraduate program). * **Hacker Mindset:** Are you the type who, when faced with something unknown, Googles or watches a YouTube video and figures it out within 10 minutes? That’s exactly what we need. * **Tech\-Savvy:** Naturally comfortable with technology and computers. * **Residency:** Easy access to São José, Biguaçu, or Florianópolis (Continente).
