Collaborate with procurement, operations, and trade marketing teams to develop proposals and solutions. Participate in strategic results meetings and presentations, sharing valuable insights. Required Qualifications Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in external sales or supervising sales teams. Knowledge of top and mid-tier accounts in the region. Familiarity with the industry and the company’s products/services, specifically in Dairy. Proven skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Proactive, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
