Join our team!** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide in-person and telephone/WhatsApp support to the sales representative team at the service center; * Follow procedures and guidelines set by the franchisor and internal policies of the Maria Selma Group; * Attend in-person or online training sessions via Universidade da Beleza, as directed by management or HR; * Monitor product cycles and stay informed about inventory availability to execute actions and identify optimal development opportunities for sales representatives; * Contribute to achieving team goals and objectives; * Register, update, and organize sales representative records in the system; * Develop new strategies and business opportunities; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Believe in Love and Beauty, with an open mindset toward innovation, digital transformation, diversity, and inclusion; * Reside in Eunápolis\-BA; * Availability to work standard business hours (Monday through Saturday); * Completed high school or technical education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Prior experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or similar roles.
