As an **Instrumentation Technician III**, your main responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and proposing improvements to maintenance systems;
* Providing technical support to the engineering department;
* Collecting information and data to identify root causes of equipment failures and supporting the development of technical solutions to prevent them;
* Supporting specialists in failure analysis activities and technical meetings;
* Diagnosing typical failures of instruments and measurement systems, following available methodologies;
* Performing scheduled or condition\-based corrective and preventive maintenance in the field, as well as calibrations and adjustments.
We are looking for candidates with the following **competencies**:
* Instrumentation concepts (Range, Span, Repeatability, Hysteresis, Sensitivity, Accuracy, TAGs, etc.);
* Measurement principles, measurement and process control systems (pressure, flow, level, temperature, analyzers, etc.);
* HART technology in smart instruments (use of handheld devices and HART networks);
* Concepts of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and calibration of measurement systems.
We expect you to have the following **education**:
* Technical course in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Metrology, or Automation; or a Technology degree in the same fields.
The following **experience or skills** are desirable but not mandatory:
* Experience in continuous processes—preferably in paper and pulp;
* Technical maintenance experience in instrumentation within an industrial context.
