Beyond distributor loyalty, we aim to create beauty-inspired experiences through differentiated and exclusive service.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person and telephone/WhatsApp support to the distributor team at the service center; * Follow franchisor procedures, guidelines, and internal Maria Selma Group policies; * Monitor sales cycles, staying informed about available inventory to execute actions and identify optimal opportunities for distributor development; * Contribute toward achieving team goals and targets; * Assist in organizing Cycle Meetings to communicate cycle strategies; * Organize documents and delivery confirmations signed by distributors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Believe in love and beauty, with an open mindset toward innovation, digital transformation, diversity, and inclusion; * Reside in Itamaraju/BA; * Availability to work one shift (Monday to Saturday); * Be aged between 16 and 22 years; * Have no formal employment record (CTPS); * Have completed or be currently pursuing high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; **Do you identify with our way of being and doing? Then join us in creating beauty!** * Provide in-person and telephone/WhatsApp support to the distributor team at the service center; * Follow franchisor procedures, guidelines, and internal Maria Selma Group policies; * Maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster engagement and loyalty to Grupo Boticário brands; * Participate in in-person or Beauty University training sessions as directed by management or HR; * Monitor sales cycles, staying informed about available inventory to execute actions and identify optimal opportunities for distributor development; * Contribute toward achieving team goals and targets; * Support cycle closing by helping ensure 100% activity compliance among the distributor team; * Provide guidance to distributors; * Promote Cycle Meetings, trainings, and distributor events; * Assist in organizing Cycle Meetings to communicate cycle strategies; * Handle exchanges, shortages, partial or full returns, and inquiries; * Conduct new distributor registration checks (SPC and SERASA); * Access and monitor franchisor communication channels (Operations Manual, portals, extranet, magazines, guides, etc); * Organize documents and delivery confirmations signed by distributors; * Restock work materials for field team use; * Participate in cleaning and organizing the distributor space.
