Collaboration and continuous improvement **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12 x 36 shift rotation \- Day and Night shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for controlling access of individuals in dormitories, ensuring safety and order on-site. Perform identification and registration of visitors, suppliers, and service providers; issue identification badges and provide guidance on safety regulations. Monitor room occupancy levels, promptly reporting any anomalies or overcapacity to the Traffic Team or company supervisors. Conduct periodic patrols in internal and external dormitory areas, inspecting doors, windows, gates, and other access points to ensure they are properly locked and free from maintenance issues. Provide telephone and in-person customer service, delivering information and clarifying questions from visitors and employees. Assist in organizing and managing internal events, especially during peak seasons. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area, ensuring equipment and work materials remain in good condition. Participate in periodic training sessions and meetings aimed at improving job performance and staying updated on safety norms and procedures.
