As a **Mechanical Technician II**, your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing technical reports; * Performing adjustments and dimensional tolerances on mechanical parts; * Assembling and disassembling rotating and reciprocating equipment; * Replacing packing, mechanical seals, and gaskets; * Cutting sheets using oxy-fuel cutting equipment, grinders, and electrode welding; * Performing tasks on hydraulic systems. We seek candidates with the following **competencies**: * Ability to interpret manuals and technical drawings; * Knowledge of cutting and baling equipment; * Knowledge of measurement (Metrology); * Mechanical seals; * Knowledge of hydraulic systems; * SAP (desirable); * Basic computer skills. We expect the following **qualifications**: * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance/Mechanical Engineering—or a technologist degree in the same fields. The following **experience or skills** are desirable but not mandatory: * Experience in continuous processes—preferably in paper and pulp.
