Job Summary: A Junior Technician is responsible for providing technical support covering our range of equipment and digital solutions, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction. Innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment Ricoh Brazil, a Japanese multinational leader in print outsourcing (DaaS) and other technology services, is seeking a new **Junior Technician** to work in **Camaçari (BA)** and subsequently in **Salvador (BA)** under a **3-month temporary contract**! The Junior Technician position is responsible for delivering technical support to our customers across our full range of equipment and digital solutions, aiming to maintain optimal product performance and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform low-complexity technical support tasks requiring experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of multifunction printers, ensuring high-quality service delivery within established timeframes. * Installation / Uninstallation * Configuration * Preventive maintenance \- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the defined schedule to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition. * Corrective maintenance \- Diagnose solutions for malfunctions and identify required parts and kits for equipment. * Parts orders – Request maintenance parts and kits to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition. * Complete Technical Support Report (TSR), when necessary * Inventory control of spare parts (car stock) **Requirements:** * Personal vehicle * Availability to work on-site in Camaçari (BA) and later in Salvador (BA) * Technical high school diploma \- Technical course in electronics, electrotechnics, electromechanics, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields. * Ability to work effectively in a team * Computer literacy \- Microsoft Office suite * Basic English **Benefits:** * Meal allowance – BRL 100.00 * Food voucher – BRL 550.00 * Fuel allowance * Birthday day off **Why join Ricoh?** At Ricoh, you will be part of an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment equipped with cutting-edge technologies and focused on digital solutions that transform businesses.
