Monitoring and supervision of laboratory processes. ###### **Salvador, BA****The company accepts applications from Salvador and nearby cities** ###### **Mid-level** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Analysis, Microbiology, Hematology, Immunology, or Quality Management; * Registration with professional council or specific certifications (when required); * Active CRBM, CRBIO, or CRF registration; * Experience in the role, including microbiology, immunology, and hematology. **Responsibilities:** --------------- * Welcome all institutional customers through humanized and excellent service. * Monitor and guide sample collection according to institutional standards. * Provide technical support for collection and reception, ensuring internal procedures are followed. * Support the vaccination nurse in immunization service demands when necessary. * Request re-collection of tests from patients, when required. * Perform technical procedures (clinical analyses, daily equipment maintenance, calibrations, measurements, microscopy, etc.) across various laboratory sectors. * Monitor and supervise the execution of procedures performed by laboratory technicians across different technical sectors. * Release test results after quality control analysis, test analysis, and clinical correlations. * Monitor pending test results across various technical sectors. * Carry out all internal quality control processes for the sector, as defined by the supervisor. * Conduct and monitor external quality control analyses. * Provide guidance and clarification regarding tests to physician clients, patients, and partner laboratories. * Monitor sample dispatch to supporting laboratories and evaluate and release reports for outsourced procedures. * Control and monitor, together with clinical engineering, all preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment used by the sector. * Ensure archiving of raw data and quality documents generated in the sector. * Manage and monitor sector material inventory, ensuring traceability of batches and expiration dates used. \- Ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whenever indicated. * Support the execution of other activities within the Department/Unit, at the supervisor’s discretion. * Comply with and enforce the institution’s norms, policies, and procedures, contributing to their updating. * Draft POP (Standard Operating Procedures) and POQ (Quality Operating Procedures) documents for the sectors. **Additional Information:** ----------------------- * Work location: Salvador, Bahia. * Work schedule: (12X36\). * Availability for training. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** Completed Bachelor’s degree **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Partnership agreements with companies Training program Cafeteria Life insurance Transportation allowance Product discounts ### **About Rede D'Or** Founded in 1977 as “Cardiolab”, it currently operates 75 owned hospitals and 3 managed hospitals, as well as 55 oncology clinics across the states of RJ, SP, MG, PE, BA, MA, SE, CE, AL, PB, PR, MS, PA, and DF.
