




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for Personnel Department routines, organizational development, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and operational support across multiple areas. **Responsibilities** **1\. HR and Personnel Department Routines** Management of hiring and termination processes, vacations, leaves of absence, INSS, medical certificates, electronic time tracking and banked hours, system updates and user management, support in drafting and maintaining documents, process mapping, identification and handling of risks and nonconformities (NC), development and monitoring of action plans, participation in performance indicator meetings, and support to leadership. **3\. Organizational Development and Corporate Climate** Monitoring of the Annual Training Program (PAT) and implementation of internal endomarketing and integration initiatives. **4\. Administrative Management and Operational Support** Management of institutional email accounts, procurement requests to the warehouse, supplier evaluation and qualification, support for administrative activities, and assistance during peak-demand periods. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in Human Resources; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Preferred: experience in clinical laboratories.
