Check out the opportunity we are offering: **Field Technician** **Model:** On-site – Fixed-term Contract (1 month) **Work Location:** Ilhéus/BA * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| Business hours **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, boards, etc.). * Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users to resolve hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH) for field travel. * Own laptop. * Smartphone for communication and service recordkeeping. * Basic toolkit for laptop and desktop maintenance. * Minimum availability of **5 USB flash drives of 32GB** for technical tasks.
