Job Summary: Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops, and provide on-site technical support to users for incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Check out the opportunity we are offering: **Field Technician – PJ** **Model:** On-site – Fixed-term contract (1 month) **Work Location:** Vitória da Conquista \- BA * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| Business hours **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, boards, etc.). * Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (CNH) for field travel. * Own laptop. * Smartphone for communication and service recordkeeping. * Basic toolkit for laptop and desktop maintenance. * Minimum of 5 USB flash drives (32GB each) for technical tasks.
