




Job Summary: Performs technical Compliance activities focused on Due Diligence, investigations, and monitoring to ensure compliance and strengthen governance. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting third-party due diligence and investigating allegations. 2. Monitoring policies and supporting the Integrity Program. 3. Knowledge of Compliance, Corporate Governance, and the Anti-Corruption Law. #### **About the Role:** * Performs technical Compliance activities, focusing on Due Diligence, investigations, on-site fact-finding, policy monitoring, and support for the Integrity Program. * Applies structured analytical methodologies, uses integrity tools (e.g., IBRACEM, GRC), conducts interviews, collects evidence, prepares technical reports, and interacts with key departments. * Ensures compliance, reduces regulatory, labor, and reputational risks, strengthens governance, and ensures evidence-based decision-making. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution of third-party Due Diligence, including risk analysis, criticality assessment, and recommendations. * Direct involvement in investigating allegations, including documentary analysis, interviews, and preparation of technical reports. * Monitoring policy implementation, generating evidence and ensuring traceability. * Supporting the Integrity Program, including training and internal communications. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, or Economics. * Knowledge of Compliance and Corporate Governance programs. * Understanding of risk management and internal controls. * Knowledge of the Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12\.846/2013\). * Familiarity with the Code of Ethics and Conduct. * Basic knowledge of the LGPD (Law No. 13\.709/2018\). * Experience with internal policies, audits, or due diligence. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * GRC tools, Integrity Channels, and analytics.
