**Receptionist – Pediatric Therapy Clinic** Are you a communicative, organized person who loves working with children? Our pediatric therapy clinic, located in Campo Belo/SP, is looking for a Receptionist to join our welcoming and committed team dedicated to the development of neurodivergent children. If you are friendly, responsible, and enjoy a human-centered and collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you! * **Location:** Campo Belo – São Paulo/SP * **Work modality:** In-person * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including holiday extensions) * **Employment type:** CLT contract * **Salary:** R$ 2,000.00 * **Benefits:** Transportation voucher + Meal voucher of R$ 22.00/day * **This position is also open to people with disabilities (PcD)** **Main responsibilities** * Greet patients, family members, and visitors, ensuring warm and welcoming service; * Schedule and confirm appointments; * Respond to messages and inquiries via WhatsApp and email; * Manage documentation, spreadsheets, and deadlines; * Issue invoices and handle billing; * Maintain an organized environment (supply control, light cleaning, and waste disposal); * Support therapists and guide patients and their guardians as needed. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; * Ability to send emails and complete control spreadsheets; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Agile, friendly, responsible, empathetic, and proactive profile; * Preference given to candidates who enjoy working with children and demonstrate openness to and respect for neurodiversity.
