**Main responsibilities**: * Manage shipping, transportation, and distribution operations; * Plan and monitor delivery routing, aiming to optimize routes and reduce costs; * Supervise logistical billing processes and cargo release; * Lead internal and external teams, including drivers, assistants, and verifiers; * Monitor logistics performance indicators (deliveries, returns, productivity, costs, and service level); * Ensure adherence to loading and delivery deadlines; * Monitor maintenance of operational organization and loading flow; * Address operational issues and provide support to teams; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements**: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in logistics management; * Experience in routing, shipping, and billing; * Experience managing external teams; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. **Advantages**: * Experience in the wholesale or food industry; * Knowledge of fleet management and delivery monitoring; * Experience handling high-volume shipping.
