Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: * Support quality and patient safety management, ensuring compliance with institutional, regulatory, and corporate guidelines. * Apply quality tools (e.g., PDCA, indicators, root cause analysis, flowcharts, among others) to monitor and continuously improve clinical and administrative processes. * Conduct process mapping, analysis, and standardization, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. * Manage and control quality documentation, ensuring updates, traceability, and compliance with required standards. * Identify, analyze, and monitor clinical and operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Analyze notifications of adverse events, near misses, and non-conformities, supporting the development of action plans. * Support preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, as well as hospital accreditation processes. * Prepare reports, indicators, and presentations to support leadership decision-making. * Promote a culture of quality and patient safety across clinical and administrative departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe in compassionate care and want to transform healthcare worldwide, our clinical departments offer a caring and welcoming environment.
