




Job Summary: As an Engineering Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing projects, monitoring on-site construction execution, ensuring fidelity to as-built drawings, and assisting in monitoring the construction status. We currently have an opening for an Engineering Analyst position and are highly interested in meeting you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze projects together with the site engineer from a technical perspective; verify project compatibility with client requests regarding modifications when requested; make necessary adjustments to prevent execution issues and final outcome dissatisfaction; * Ensure that all project documents are always updated at the construction site according to their revisions so that the foreman and site supervisor always have access to defined information and details; * Collaborate with the construction team to monitor subcontractor services, ensuring fidelity to as-built drawings and verifying compliance with internal verification and service acceptance procedures using Service Verification Forms (SVFs); * Provide support and conduct training, when required, on construction procedures and quality control to avoid rework and ensure proper service acceptance based on criteria established by the SGI Department (visual management, daily construction logs, photographic reports, etc.); * Assist the engineer in monitoring the construction status by updating all service-related information throughout each phase—from foundation to final finishing of the project; * Perform quantity take-offs for budget comparison and verification, as well as for material procurement and subcontractor hiring involving labor supply; * Support the warehouse team in material scheduling requiring technical assistance—e.g., concrete, steel, blocks, bagged materials, and ceramics.
