




Job Summary: The Accredited Supervisor coordinates the team, manages contracts, handles service providers, and analyzes indicators for strategic decision-making, ensuring efficiency and quality. Analyze indicators to support strategic decision-making The Accredited Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the accreditation team, ensuring process efficiency and quality. He/she oversees contract management, maintains relationships with service providers, and analyzes indicators to support strategic decision-making. * Development of the accredited portfolio; * Business insight into the accredited party (DRE, Business Profitability, Neoenergia’s share in the business, Mutuz’s business expectations); * Delivery of materials whenever necessary; transportation of various materials; * Prospecting and onboarding of new accredited parties; management, development, issuance of notifications, and contract termination when necessary; * Training of customer service representatives; * Ensure 100% of customers are served within NS30; * Provide operational, customer service, and administrative support, including invoice issuance; * Audit existing locations, including issuing notifications; * Report visits to direct manager and client via the Audita App; monitor indicators * (TMA, TME, TMAX15, TMAX30, PSA, FCR, and CSAT); * Anticipate potential issues; prioritize critical tasks; maintain an analytical and strategic view of the business; * Daily reporting of visits; * Weekly route scheduling; * Ensure availability of resources required for service delivery.
