Collaborate as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience We are looking for a committed, agile, and gastronomy-passionate Cook to join our hospitality team in BRT lounges. The professional will be responsible for producing and finalizing dishes and snacks, maintaining the high standard of quality, flavor, and presentation required by our brand. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and assemble menu items according to technical specifications; * Assist in creating menu suggestions and improvements; * Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation; * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good handling practices; * Monitor ingredient storage conditions and expiration dates; * Support inventory management and restocking orders; * Collaborate with the service team to ensure a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Cook in professional kitchens (restaurants, hotels, lounges, or similar); * Knowledge of food cutting techniques and dish plating; * Food Handling Good Practices certification (preferred); * Completed high school education (technical gastronomy or related field preferred); * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month
