Perform ingredient pre-preparation tasks, such as cutting vegetables, meats, and other foods. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing culinary preparations. Previous experience as a Cook Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
