We value diversity of ideas and perspectives, believing each member is essential to **TEN INTERNET’s** success. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing technical support to users regarding the use of systems, equipment, and IT tools; * Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity; * Logging, tracking, and closing technical tickets according to defined processes; * Guiding users on the proper use of information technology resources; * Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and software used by the company; * Managing user accounts, permissions, and access to corporate systems; * Monitoring the operation of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure resources; * Ensuring system and technology service availability and performance; * Applying information security best practices to company systems and equipment; * Monitoring access and ensuring compliance with security policies; * Performing routine backups and supporting data recovery processes when necessary; * Identifying vulnerabilities and supporting the implementation of protective measures; * Preparing technical reports and incident records when required; * Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes and resources; * Supporting the implementation of new tools and technological solutions; * Staying updated on industry trends and IT best practices; * Contributing to the evolution of the company’s IT infrastructure and services. **Who we are looking for:** * Professional holding a completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux); * Knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, basic network configuration, cabling, and connectivity; * Experience providing technical support to users and resolving IT incidents; * Experience in the Information Technology field; Driver’s License Category B. * **What you can expect from us:** + Innovative environment; + Professional development; + Teamwork culture; + Commitment to quality; + Shared values;Join us at **TEN INTERNET**, where connectivity goes beyond cables and transforms into opportunities to grow, learn, and make a difference!
