If you are driven by challenges, enjoy working in teams, and seek a place where your ideas are valued, join us to drive business forward and build the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your day-to-day will include:** * Monitoring the registration of incoming and outgoing fiscal documents; * Extracting auxiliary reports and saving mandatory and auxiliary documents; * Maintaining records and control of electronic files of fiscal documents; * Performing auxiliary linkages for assessments and declarations in the ERP system; * Performing technical support activities, following fiscal procedures for issuance and fiscal bookkeeping; * Conducting assessments, preparing ancillary declarations, and developing reports; * Analyzing assessments and prepared ancillary declarations; * Performing controls, monitoring, verifications, and cross-checks of previously defined processes; * Guiding internal and external clients on fiscal information and procedures; * Keeping\-up-to-date with concepts and principles of tax, accounting/fiscal legislation; * Supporting external audits by compiling required information and clarifying any questions; * Supporting tax inspections in coordination with management, gathering and compiling necessary information; * Evaluating and proposing process improvements; * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with requirements necessary to maintain existing tax benefits; * Providing technical support to management and assisting in the department’s annual planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What you need to have:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. Postgraduate specialization is desirable. * Prior experience in the field. * Advanced knowledge of fiscal document bookkeeping; advanced knowledge of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation, as well as ancillary obligations.
