Serve as a technical reference for data solutions, driving the design, evolution, and maintenance of end-to-end data products, supporting strategic decision-making and strengthening a data-driven culture across the organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance data pipelines. Plan and implement data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes (ETL/ELT). Develop end-to-end data products—from conception through delivery and ongoing maintenance. Model analytical data to support advanced analytics, BI, and consumption by various departments. Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and advanced analyses to support decision-making. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability in mission-critical environments. Work with high-volume, high-availability data. Define and monitor strategic KPIs in partnership with business units. Automate data collection, transformation, updating, and monitoring processes. Document architecture, pipelines, data models, metrics, and business rules. Participate in data integration projects across internal and external systems. Propose and implement continuous improvements to data architecture and processes. Serve as a technical reference, supporting and guiding analysts and partner teams.
