The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for carrying out people management activities such as hiring, dismissals, payroll, benefits, vacations, and time tracking. Additionally, the role involves advising and clarifying client questions regarding labor and social security matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and employee satisfaction. **Ancillary Obligations:** Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations related to HR, such as eSocial (periodic and non-periodic events), DCTFWeb, RAIS, DIRF, and CAGED. **Labor and Social Security Legislation:** Stay updated and apply current labor, social security, and union legislation, ensuring process compliance. **Domínio System:** Operate and populate the Domínio system for all Human Resources Department routines, ensuring correct configuration and usage. **Customer Service:** Provide support and clarify client and employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, legislation, and HR processes. **Reports and Analysis:** Generate managerial reports and conduct HR data analysis to support decision-making. **Benefits Management:** Assist in administering benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, and health insurance plans, where applicable. **Audits and Inspections:** Participate in and support internal and external audits, as well as labor and social security inspections. **Leadership and Mentoring:** Serve as a technical reference for less experienced colleagues, supporting their development and resolution of complex issues. Carry out the new employee onboarding process, including document verification, system registration, benefit enrollment, and integration.
