Through creativity, innovation, and collaboration, we build solutions that positively impact society and illuminate the path toward a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance; * Identify issues and execute more complex repairs; * Organize tools and materials; * Maintain cleanliness of the workplace; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Perform services such as plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry, air conditioning unit hygiene, and drinking fountain cleaning; * Carry out building renovation and cleaning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (Class B). **Additional Information** We believe a company’s success begins with the transparency and reliability of each team member.
