




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the entire procurement process—from requisitions to delivery—negotiating terms, signing contracts, and evaluating suppliers, while acting strategically with a focus on continuous improvement. Leadership and support to the procurement team Responsible for executing the full procurement process—from requisitions through to the delivery of materials and services—negotiating commercial terms, signing contracts, and monitoring suppliers. Acts strategically by proposing improvements and evaluating supplier performance. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Receive and consolidate purchase requisitions; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and supplier selection; * Sign contracts and issue purchase orders; * Monitor deliveries, inspect quality, and arrange replacements or repairs when necessary; * Research suppliers, attend trade fairs, and participate in material and service qualification processes; * Propose development of new materials or alternatives; * Prepare supplier performance reports, non-conformance reports, and price variance analyses; * Communicate with internal departments regarding completed purchases and rejected materials; * Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant work environment; * Lead and support the procurement team; * Comply with internal policies, technical procedures, and quality, safety, and organizational standards. Requirements: Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in a related field is recommended; Relevant work experience; Leadership skills.
