Description

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for logistics indicators, service level, costs, and productivity, generating reports and presentations to support operational improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of logistics and operational cost indicators 2. Generation of reports and presentations for performance management 3. Support for continuous improvement of operational productivity * Logistics indicator analysis and generation: monitor technical and operational indicators of local CD results; * Service level: prepare presentations with charts showing CD results; * Costs: generate reports and track CD operational costs; * Productivity: compile operational team information and deliver results to supervision and coordination for analysis and improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly cost closing for the area in the SAP system, executing reclassifications according to results and guidance from coordination and management; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to track volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: performed monthly closing of CD results in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination to analyze results and present to management. Data was obtained via SAP and company management reports.
