Job Summary: Logistics analyst focused on monitoring indicators, costs, productivity, and preparing managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and generation of logistics indicators 2. Operational cost and productivity tracking 3. Preparation of managerial reports and presentations * Logistics indicator analysis and generation: monitor technical and operational indicators for local CD performance; * Service level: prepare graphical presentations of CD performance results; * Costs: generate reports and track CD operational costs; * Productivity: compile operational team data and report results to supervision and coordination for analysis and improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly cost closing for the area in SAP, reclassifying accounts according to results and guidance from coordination and management; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to monitor volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: performed monthly CD performance closings in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination review and presentation to management. Data was obtained via SAP and company managerial reports.
